and etc. We have experienced host providing tables, chairs, 

linens, sound equipment, 360 photo experience, back drop, 

and ballons for various events. We want to ensure everyone has

FAQ

Maximum of 50 people.

Yes, with a licensed bartender. NC Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Commission issue one day permit for $50.

No, we do not have a kitchen. Outside food is welcome and should be prepared prior to arriving at the event.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Dates are confirmed once the deposit is submitted. Additionally, a $100 refundable incidental fee is required with the remaining deposit.

Email us at info@thesocialpalace.com with your date and time. We will email a contract and payment link to secure the booking.

A staff member will be on duty to assist if needed. Tables and chairs will be present. The staff member will handle spot clean up after event.

The inside area comfortably holds 50 people. There is a garage door that opens to a backlot during summer which can expand to 75 people.

Yes, with approval from The Social Palace.

Yes, we allow outside vendors. We also have a preferred list of vendors within the local area.

Cancellation before 30 days result in all funds returned with the exception of the $200 security deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event results in 50% return of fees, with the exception of the $200 security deposit Cancellations/no shows within 14 days of the event result in no refund.

Yes, with prior notice and approval at least 14 days before event date. Contact us for more questions.
Yes, no loud music is allowed. Music must be cut off by 11pm and all guests must leave premises by 12am.
